You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery with a receipt for a full refund (this does not include embroidered items, silk screened, or any fan gear items, these may NOT be returned).
If no receipt is present upon return, you will receive store credit.
All fan gear products purchased are custom made and printed just for you. Returns/exchanges can not be made unless the product is defective or damaged. Please Contact Us right away and we will remedy this by replacing the defective/damaged item.
